Creatives can operate under an assumption which often becomes a dysfunctional mantra:  If only i knew the right people i could have a tremendous opportunity at a remarkable career.  That’s not incorrect. But, the absence of a team of professionals to support your creative career does not give you a pass to slow your roll until you warrant support. Here’s what that paradigm looks like to me: The most critical working component to a creative career is a balance of creative growth and unwavering consistency in everything that surrounds it (marketing, networking, new releases, collaborations, etc).

Growth is a byproduct of consistency.

Consistency is a byproduct of discipline.

Discipline is a byproduct of mindset.

There’s your key to career success. Mindset.
